Doors and Windows

• Main entrance door: Seasoned First Class Teak wood for both frames and shutters.
• Main Door safety gate: 10 mm Square Rod Plain Design.
• Other Room door: Seasoned wooden frame with flush door.
• Toilet door: Basic model PVC door.
• Windows: UPVC windows with 4mm plain glass. Window grills are in 10mm square rod basic design.

Electrical

• 3 Phase EB Connection.
• Hall: 2 fan points, 3 light points, 1 TV point, 1 telephone point, 1 calling bell point, 4 5Amp sockets.
• Bedrooms: 1 fan point, 2 light points, two 5Amp sockets, 1 A/C Point.
• Bathroom: 1 Geyser point, 1 light point, 1 Exhaust fan point.
• Kitchen: 2 light point, 1 fan point, 1 exhaust fan point, two 5Amp sockets and two 15Amp sockets.
